And “gun violence”.

I agree.

Was that team CDC?

Different problem.

Manufacturing? I’d be very surprised if it has any.

Always has been a dem…

First of all, epidemiologists generally agree that travel bans are counterproductive… since there are many ways for a a pathogen to travel but they block the flow of health professionals and potentially of information. The outbreak in Washington State started before the ban.

Second, by focusing on the ban, as if that were the only necessary precaution, the Administration landed us in our current position where we are woefully behind on testing. Biden was calling for a broad approach to the virus; which would have been more effective.

Our government never gets out of the way. I think we both know why.

No, it’s a bureaucratic and logistics problem. The government can’t save you, Walgreen’s can.

What’s actually interesting to me is the complete silence on the amount of stimulus spending that Congress is about to push out and there is no telling about cutting spending etc etc

COVID-19 is a disease that spreads. Not a tax strategty that stays within borders. It is a national emergency. Have you been paying any attention to how quickly it spread globally?

I anxiously await you’re dissavowing of Trymp declaring a national emergency to give $billions in aid to States

I dunno man, the key to those sword fights is a steady stream and stamina. Enclosed area, small target block, mobile enemy stream. This isn’t for the faint of heart, but rather for the feint of heart.

Thank you. I also like concomitant

Yesterday Blabber Buzz reported the President faced backlash on Twitter where several individuals, including New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio, accused Trump of racism and bigotry for using the term “Chinese” to described the virus.

Mayor Bill de Blasio :heavy_check_mark: @NYCMayor

If you’re looking for someone to pin this crisis on, try the guy who made up a phony Google website or promised testing kits that he STILL hasn’t delivered.

Our Asian-American communities — people YOU serve — are already suffering. They don’t need you fueling more bigotry. https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/1239685852093169664 …

The United States will be powerfully supporting those industries, like Airlines and others, that are particularly affected by the Chinese Virus. We will be stronger than ever before!

TV ratings will be at all-time highs watching this virus saga unfold.

President Trump’s has now started to call out this health pandemic by it’s rightful origin:

the Chinese Virus

The tweet by the Honorable Mayor of New York yesterday is just the tip of the iceberg.

Surely there will many others to follow who will also claim that POTUS is dead wrong in daring to cite the origin.

This health crisis is serious business.

Yet there seemingly are at least some outlets that want to make this out to be a made for TV murder mystery. Much of what will be shown on TV for the next several months will attempt to depict this like there is an open question of who really “did it.”

After Pearl Harbor what ensued with the internment of about 120,000 Asian American’s under the FDR administration was shameful. History will surely not repeat itself here, not even close.
