Coronavirus Thread Political

That article was written 2 weeks after the first person was identified with H1N1. Coronavirus was identified on January 8. Trump implemented China travel restrictions on January 31, 3 weeks later.

CDC had the same recommendation

Can you find any contemporaneous reports where infectious disease experts were calling for Obama to implement travel restrictions?

The information isn’t being suppressed. You’re posting random twitter handles containing that information. This is a discussion forum, not a retweet landing page.

May as well be. I’m taking up more residence in lib heads this week than the Orange Boogeyman.

So Trump is going to call this a national emergency? Didn’t he say it was a democratic hoax just last week?

Not enough bureaucrats. Sounds stupid but it’s true. The team that was in the NSC were let go in 2018 and the positions never filled again. There is no head in charge to pull together the different departments.

Just the Democrats saying he wasn’t doing a good job was the hoax.

I’m sure his supporters understood the difference.

Was 1,000 not the threshold then?

it does exactly the opposite. it demonstrates how trump has taken action which will ultimately save American lives while O’biden sat and watched 17000 die

In hindsight, should they have been?

seemed to be. at least thats how long they waited.

Analyst’s Cardinal Sin. Easy to criticize from the bleachers with one hand in the  and the other pointing a finger.
