Are you suggesting guns should be allowed?
The guy is in a wheelchair. They aren’t going to revoke his early boarding privileges.

In tow was a loaded magazine.
Magazine into loaded gun, take off safety, pull trigger.
See how that works.
Should not take a gun aboard a plane.
Duh.

Oh man - the loss of status and TSA precheck is WAY worse than any little fine!
The TSA could charge 50x what they do for precheck and I’d still buy.
And losing out on my status? From my cold dead hands…
Not to condone or excuse, but a few years ago I took my nephew and a couple of his friends to a Rob Zombie concert. I always carry a Swiss army pocket knife. As we were standing in line to get in I noticed they were running a handheld metal detector over people. I thought “oh, ■■■■ “, and had to walk the knife all the way back to my car.
Yeah, I haven’t been to a big metal show without a metal detector for years
Already know what the response will be…
“Allowed”?

Yeah, when @WuWei says “shall not be infringed” he really means it.

What secure area did you need to enter to pick someone up, and how did you enter secure area if not a passenger?
That’s why I asked if that is what he was suggesting.
I mean… what could possibly go wrong?
I think it was just a move to get attention and play victim…

My thing is, guns have been excluded from flights before I was born, it’s nothing new.

Cawthorne is one of the good guys and being mobility impaired I would accept this as a one time mistake.
Silly congressman, didn’t he recognize that gun laws only apply to Republicans?

Kid is on a roll this week. Apparently he got big in his congressmen britches on some staffers this week and his apology notes are going around.
If a 25 year old hands me this I’m laughing at him.
