If someone is too dangerous to own a gun they are too dangerous to be walking around free. Why? Simple, because guns aren’t remotely the only way to kill people and in addition obtaining a gun illegally is easy.
Never fear. It is still illegal for criminals to carry a gun.
You do realize that they still have to undergo the background check to purchase a weapon right?
Here in Utah we do NOT need a permit to purchase or own a gun. We undergo the federal background check. We pass we can purchase.
