Coca Cola to employees: Be less white

The objection would be to link those traits to “whiteness”.

Come on man. Be serious in your discussion.

Ah, you misunderstood my comment. I haven’t been researching this case for months. I’ve been studying on the strategy and tactics.

There’s nothing special about this case.

Is it? Where is it not? It’s not schtick.

Of course they did. You ever pay for your own company training?

White fragility.

Of course there is.

Click on the “buy for my team” option and tell us how much it is for 60,000 employees.

If you have a point, please share it.

I already did.

You’re doing a great job. Good night.

There are 16000 options on that site. Did anyone confirm that Coke “forced” it employees to take it?

Yes, I know. I’ve already explained it in several threads.

You know that’s not how it works.

16,000 options? For buy for my team?

The good news is it will keep escalating. It is beyond the insidious stage.

For Coca Cola, the person in charge of these initiatives is Lisa Chang.

You probably don’t work for a large corporation like Coke. That’s exactly how it works. There is assigned, required training like harassment training, cyber training etc.

Then there is self directed training that is voluntary. If someone at coke wants to learn how to be less white… that’s on them. But I guarantee you coke didn’t make it required training.

Yes for 19.99 a month you get access. Try one month free and take the training yourself.

Is she? Valerie Love.

Valerie Love works for J&J.

PS Ooops I missed she moved to Coca Cola.

Chang is no doubt in the mix. Always look at HR. There’s a reason certain people go into that field.
