Nor are the people pushing for reparations 155 years after the fact…

No we have pushing for reparations FOR 155 years. It isn’t a new concept that just sprung up on 2020.
The left seems intent on continuing to fight that long over war.

One side is fighting for the oppressed and the other is fighting to keep statues of generals who fought to keep people oppressed.
Which side are you on?
Who do you think is oppressed? I’m not fighting at all.
Interesting you think everyone is fighting about something or should be.
Slaves were promised reparations, people are trying to insure that that promise is kept.
Well any former slave still alive should receive reparations.

IBC:
I often wonder how long it would have lasted without the Civil War. If growing industrialization, innovation, and the abolition movement had continued changing the American landscape, would it have brought a natural end without the loss of life and the subsequent production of the rebel mentality in the south?
I think it would have been incremental and very slow.

Talking about hindsight. The discussion doesn’t matter since it didn’t happen that way. Idle curiosity.

Pay descendants.
Soon as I get my reparation for being 1/16 Native American.
When you look at the layout of military bases across the nation, there is a pattern that goes from sea to land to airpower the further inland you go.

They had guns in Waco and a cult leader that held his people in sway.
Turn off the Internet in the area and these kids will fold.

Um…John Adams and John Quincy Adams were from Massachusetts.
Martin Van Buren and Millard Fillmore were from New York.
James Buchanan was from Pennsylvania.
Franklin Pierce was from New Hampshire.
That’s 6 of the first 15 Presidents from non-slave states right there.
Now…Fillmore only became President by being a VP who ascended to the office but still…1/3 of the first 15 Presidents were from non-slave states.
Doesn’t change your argument…but let’s be accurate.
Were Native Americans promised reparations for being slaves?

Washington is open carry. many of those folks are armed
I agree w/ you about turning off the internet. I think the NG should surround the 6 blocks and shut off water and electricity and internet along with stopping all supplies from entering the area. I believe it would be over in one or two days if they did that
You said slaves were promised reparations.
Please link to some official government document that states that.
