Canceled Netflix and feel liberated

Sometimes change is good.

Canceled Netflix at 9.95 a month &
Replaced it w/FoxNation at 99 for two years w/programs of substance I like.

Do you feel freed with change?

Well, I like my Netflix, and when I want to relax, the last thing I need is a Fox Nation.

What kinds of things did you watch on Netflix?

I have Netflix and havenā€™t cancelled it.

However, cancelling cable was one of the best moves I made. Iā€™ll never go back to watching commercials again.

I am thinking of getting rid of cable, but possibly getting sling for some stations. I like Netflix, The Haunting of Bly Manor, from the haunting of hill house people, comes out on October 9th. The last thing i need is more news, iā€™m trying to watch less actually.

PlutoTV is a really good service.

You are hardly alone:

I liked it too, but I have on Demand, Amazon Prime, etc. I hear what youā€™re saying.

Isnā€™t Fox Nation all politics?

Smart for me perhaps not for someone else. Agreed.

Mostly British Drama - some movies. I liked it fine, but I had just about exhausted what I liked to watch. It was time I watched something more robust.

Thanks for asking.

Sounds good!

A lot of it is, but not all of it. I like politics - always have.

What do you like to watch?

Personally, Iā€™m not a fan of a lot of their original content.

I have DVR for that. Skip those babies.

My favorite channel is TCM. I like old movies for an escape from the craziness.

For news I watch Fox and CNN in equal measure. I even watch a bit of MSNBC.

Havenā€™t had cable in decades, but I do enjoy streaming - Netflix, amazon, Hulu, and HBO. Just recently started watching The Haunting of Hill House on Netflix - seemed appropriate for the upcoming spooky season.
