Can America survive a democratic victory?

Sure bud that’s why Bernie won big right?

Maybe not that bad. Just way worse than we are now. With the government deciding what we need and how much we are allowed to have. In other words being accountable for everything to the feds. Agree?

Sounds spooky

No. He lost because most democrats don’t believe that they are voting for socialists. Even though their entire platform is socialist. I think their hate for Trump drives their stupidity. AOC is definitely a socialist and the DNC is pushing her agenda.

Can America survive another four years of Trump? I don’t think that it really can. That is why I am planning to vote for Biden.

The plot thickens…if only democrats knew the “truth” am I right?

It’s tough to survive the elimination of ISIS and the greatest economy the world has ever seen. We barely got by.

Having a conspiracy peddling president does not help…

What do you think the truth is? If they claim to support a socialist agenda, does that make them socialists? Or are they lying?

I think a lot of this is in your head, it’s the typical cartoonish caricature of the “evil left” that gets Trumpers panties in a bunch…

You are free to disclose which of my points are not valid. Have at it. Don’t be shy.

Greatest economy:

The GDPNow model estimate for real GDP growth (seasonally adjusted annual rate) in the second quarter of 2020 is -42.8 percent on May 15, down from -34.9 percent on May 8. After this week’s data releases from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and the U.S. Census Bureau, the nowcasts of second-quarter real personal consumption expenditures growth and real gross private domestic investment growth decreased from -33.9 percent and -62.8 percent, respectively, to -43.6 percent and -69.4 percent, respectively.

The very question of this thread is not only absurd but laughable

Not at all. I get my impressions form what they’re actually doing and their own words.

I believe that the economy during the late 1990s was a better economy than the economy under the first three years of Trump. GDP Growth was 4.5% in 1998 and 4.8% in 1999. And the labor participation rate was higher back during the late 1990s.

The problem with you lefties is that you think that marching the way of Venezuela or Cuba isn’t happening because it’s happening a little at a time. Step one: The Liberals take some rights. Step two: We get accustomed to not having those rights. Step three: We forget what is was like to ever have those rights. Step Four: Liberals declare this is the “new normal.” Step One: The Liberals take more rights…

Only as we know it. Venezuela is still on the map, so yes…we will survive.

You assume too much. Namely that they don’t know it and that it would bother them. With many, its just biding time knowing now isn’t the time to proclaim it.

Are you talking about the continued COVID shut down that the dems are pushing? That’s the stat you’re using? You believe the economy should grow after it’s been forced to shut down? You’re kidding right? This appears to be an act of desperation.

Then you believe wrong. Unemployment has never been lower.
