Why did withdrawing our troops from Rojava in north east Syria make Baghdadi feel safe to come out of his hidey hole(which is not what happend) in Idlib. In north west Syria. Makes no sense.

They have had 60 straight days of protests / riots. The Feds deployed there after the EO on 1 July. Tell us how the Feds caused all the chaos for the 30 days prior to them showing up?
Well, apparently, it did.
The people being disorderly were and must be the root cause of the disorder.
Without rioters, there can be no riot.
But perhaps you are suggesting that the mayor suggesting that the presence of the Federal government in defending Federal property caused the disorder was encouraging (i.e. egging on) the rioters? You probably have a point.

Some Federal law enforcement aren’t “leaving” the federal courthouse, it’s where they work.
I haven’t seen where any of them have.
They threw Kerosene in the building and tried to set it on fire with fireworks.
But they did it peacefully and while social distancing.
Sure glad the violence ended.
Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler Thursday evening condemned the actions of rioters who attempted to set fire to a police precinct and blocked the exits while officers were inside.
Maybe the feds are hiding in the police station now.

They are going to riot in Portland until stopped by force.
They should be cracked down on…hard.
Round the facists/anarchists up jail them and throw away the key.
No bail until trial.
