As recently as today this one (MrOT) was pummeled for not gathering with the growing mob on here preparing to march on the White House to protest for soybean farmers. This is a FACT.
None of the juvenile delinquent MSDNC regurgitaters blasting MrOT for basically saying “All gonna be cool” had ever even seen a soybean. (Although they get plenty of mashed up soybeans in their free school lunches).
And whadda ya know? Wal-lah…as they say… Trump Triumphant! And it didn’t even take a month.

Trade Deal a ‘Major Win for President Trump,’ ‘Major Concession’ by European Union

President Donald Trump scored a “major win” on Wednesday by reaching a limited trade deal with the European Union, which made a “major concession” to the United States to avoid a trade war.
That’s according to business news anchor Neil Cavuto of Fox News — who just last week blasted President Trump over his press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland.
Amidst recent tariffs and tensions, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker arrived at the White House with two options for a deal to avoid a wider trade war, according to ABC News: “eliminate tariffs on cars for all trading partners or create a limited free trade agreement between the U.S. and EU on industrial goods.”
Trump opted for the latter — and secured Europe’s agreement to buy more American soybeans and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The two also announced that they would begin “to work together toward zero tariffs, zero non-tariff barriers, and zero subsidies on non-auto industrial goods,” in Trump’s words.

Good news, too bad it will just be belittled by many. No matter how good it is for the US they will oppose it out of partisanship.
I’ll give the President the benefit of the doubt (which is considerable considering his all over the map utterances). I do get a sense he’s listening to the smarter more veteran voices in the room. Hope so.
There isn’t a deal. Just an agreement to work on a deal. You guys really need to be more careful.
The new threatened EU tariffs are officially on hold while they work out the details including an agreement to move towards zero tariffs.

They have also agreed to start reducing the already existing tariffs while the rest is worked out.

The U.S. and European Union will “hold off on other tariffs”’ while negotiations proceed, as well as re-examine U.S. steel and aluminum tariffs and retaliatory duties imposed by the EU “in due course,” Juncker said.
Well that’s bitter news for the dems and “principled”

No tariffs sounds good, but we had significant measures already in place for a reason, 18 to be exact.
So some industries would obviously be impacted negatively. I would like to see a comprehensive analysis.
