Look to me like trump put him in protection without the court and he took his protection away without the court.
That’s not how it happened at all.
The protection was awarded by an immigration judge.
And the DOJ admitted themselves they didn’t remove his protection but instead shipped him to CECOT because of an “administration error”.
Now it’s up to El Salvador to see if he can be brought back
But oh well…can’t have an omelette without breaking any eggs, and it’s not like Garcia was an American egg or anything…
