well, they silenced at the same time lots of conservative voices, or shadow-banned them, try to select the sources of news, sorting out the conservative ones…
If it was actually occurring, and not just a figment of conservative victimization porn, than yes - an argument could be made as to it being an in-kind contribution.
If social media platforms are part of the opposition, then they should openly and honestly announce that, so that its officially for everyon they are using the platform of an affiliate of the DNC and that platforms should be treated as such
That are only your pathetic excuses. I will not lonk here the testimony of Zuckerberg as he was asked about Diamond&Silk, the shadow ban of Matt Gaetz and many other examples like that, which have been already exposed. Its just kindergarten to claim now ‘dindu nufin’ and so on…
owning a platform like that , where most of the people of the country have an account, many of them using it on a regular basis and trying to use that monopoly in order to manipulate elections, is an abuse of freedom of speech
btw, it was my opinion, what I would do. It isnt the issue of the thread
Actually… I wouldn’t mind the Twitter thing. The President would have to put his insane thoughts out there with prime time addresses from the Oval Office breaking into your prime time sitcoms of let’s say a remake of Archie Bunker because this is my scenario and I can do what I want but anyway say that they do a remake of that episode where Archie does blackface to get in good with a fraternity lodge that he wants to join and all of a sudden that gets interrupted with a special message from the Oval Office and all it is is the President at his desk which is strewn with coke cans and burger wrappers yelling “Witch Hunt!!!” Over and over for about five minutes.
Pouring 10s if not 100’s of millions of dollars into a campaign by corporations in order to manipulate elections is an abuse of freedom of speech? You don’t seem to have a problem with that, unless you are suggesting Citizens United wasn’t a stupid ass decision.
No what you are saying is you don’t like that a corporation that doesn’t neccesarily support what you believe excercises that right so shut it down.
Sorry, it was the side you believe in that opened that can of worms, not you get to live in the bed that you made.
Next they will be suggesting that media organizations don’t report on elections or candidates 30 days before the election. You can see where it goes from there.
Trump (flanked by Pence and Ryan): We’re going to be shutting down Facebook and Twitter for 30 days because we have an election in a month and we dont think those platforms have been fair to republicans…
