Be fearful of the Democrat Leadership’s mob rule democracy

John Adams was absolutely correct when he pointed out that "democracy [a mob rule system of government] will envy all, contend with all, endeavor to pull down all; and when by chance it happens to get the upper hand for a short time, it will be revengeful, bloody, and cruel…".

Has the Kavanaugh nomination process not given freedom loving Americans a peek into the future should the Democrat Leadership take control of the House of Representatives? Is it not abundantly clear that the Democrat Party Leadership, if put in control, would discard the fundamental right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, and embrace the mob’s passion without respect to guilt or innocence?

For those who take lightly what is really at stake should the Democrat Party Leadership be given control, I suggest you consider our Constitution’s Fifth Amendment as being put on trial, part of which declares:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury . . . nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness, against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

For those youngsters about to vote, and are considering to increase the Democrat Party’s Leadership in the House of Representatives, keep in mind the Democrat Party Leadership has long sought to bypass the people and use our Supreme Court as a super Legislative body which is unaccountable to the people.

This desire __ making our Supreme Court into a Legislative body ___ began back in the early 1930s when Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a democrat socialist, attempted to pack the court under “The Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937”. See Roosevelt announces “court-packing” plan

"On February 5, 1937, President Franklin Roosevelt announces a controversial plan to expand the Supreme Court to as many as 15 judges, allegedly to make it more efficient. Critics immediately charged that Roosevelt was trying to “pack” the court and thus neutralize Supreme Court justices hostile to his New Deal.

During the previous two years, the high court had struck down several key pieces of New Deal legislation on the grounds that the laws delegated an unconstitutional amount of authority to the executive branch and the federal government."

And this is what the Democrat Party Leadership is about ___ subjugating our constitutionally limited system of government and creating an iron fisted socialist democracy where the mob rules, and fundamental rights are ignored, including rights associated with property ownership.

And what did James Madison say with regard to democracy? He said they

…have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. Theoretic politicians, who have patronized this species of government, have erroneously supposed that by reducing mankind to a perfect equality in their political rights, they would, at the same time, be perfectly equalized and assimilated in their possessions, their opinions, and their passions.

Democracy, or majority rule vote, as our Founding Fathers well knew, whether that majority rule is practiced by the people or by elected representatives, if not restrained by specific limitations and particular guarantees in which the unalienable rights of mankind are put beyond the reach of political majorities, have proven throughout history to eventually result in nothing less than an unbridled mob rule system susceptible to the wants and passions of a political majority imposing its will upon those who may be outvoted, and would result in the subjugation of unalienable rights, and especially rights associated with property ownership in addition to the loss of individual liberty.

And so, our Founding Fathers gave us a constitutionally limited Republican Form of Government, guaranteed by Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States ___ a system hated and despised by the Democrat Party Leadership, a system which they wish to overthrow.

The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny. ___ Madison, Federalist Paper No. 47

“Just knock the hell … I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees. I promise. I promise.”

The OP reads like the Democrats have never previously been in power.
It is interesting to listen to all of the doom and gloom should the Democrats regain power talk.

Although the 2nd amendment people - maybe they do something about democrats.

what are “2nd amendment people”?

idk ask Trump.
“If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people — maybe there is, I don’t know.”

It must be a miserable existence for some to live in fear their whole lives.

The most important election of our lifetime… again

Isn’t it interesting that this sounds like the very definition of today’s Republican party?

The Fifth Column and its evil free cheese Democrat lib mob leadership will not prevail so long as true patriots rally their support around Donald and every Republican candidate running for office. Once we dominate the government we can begin to infiltrate the leftist atheist commie jihadist universities, and take back our childrens’ minds with proper indoctrination that will steel them against communist-fascist-feminist fantasies of the left wing cabal.

Oh the people who vote to uphold their second amendment rights. ok thanks.

Anyone know when we’re going to get around to discussing the 6th column?
