Although she should be Nancy is not being excommunicated she’s just not eligible for Communion in his diocese doesn’t mean she can’t attend mass. She can sit in the back far away from the crucifix, so she doesn’t burst into flames.

Except for the fact that she didn’t do anything to warrant be denied to the Eucharist and the archbishop of San Francisco doesn’t get to set policy for the whole Church and say you can’t be Catholic.

The Archbishop himself said that he attempted to reach out to Pelosi on numerous occasions but without success. He also said he left his contact information but was never even given the courtesy of a call…not once. He says she didn’t leave him any other choice.

She is an evil woman in my opinion. Branden should be excommunicated as well.

Both have strived mightily to keep the killing of the unborn legal, among other things.

There’s a difference in the Church between stuff you’re encouraged to be for or against and things you’re required to be for or against. Protestants don’t seem to understand this.

I only grew up as one. This archbishop is only not a flaming hypocrite playing politics if he denies the Eucharist to anyone who supports the death penalty or uses birth control. Which he won’t. Because it’s politics.

I just hope he’s not working with those evangelicals who hate Catholics as much as liberals, like most of the priests who do this dumb ■■■■■

The official teachings of the Catholic Church oppose all forms of abortion procedures whose direct purpose is to destroy a zygote, blastocyst, embryo or fetus, since it holds that "human life must be respected and protected absolutely from the moment of conception.

But you are right, only those who get abortions are in violation of the Canon.
