Anyone who identifies as white on an application is stupid

None that shows it’s an advantage.

Then why did you demand it? That was silly.

then you have no way to support your position

yes they can. unless you show data to support the contrary then it’s just “fee fees” from you

To show that being 7% or 4% or even 23% of a company is not an advantage.

Then why demand it?

I didn’t demand anything. I made a statement… you called “hogwash”.

You sure?

Fairly confident

Yep…

Ok then, if you’re sure.

Honesty Watch™ it is. See you tomorrow.

I mean I am using actual posts… :man_shrugging:t5:

how could it not be an advantage when there’s such a push to hire people of color?

sure works that way in Democrat govt.

Identifying as “white” is not a disadvantage. But maybe it’s not much of as an advantage as it once was.

14 hours is more than enough time for an answer @JayJay don’t you think? I’d sure like to hear your answer.

Of course it’s an advantage. “Increasing diversity” is not just a platitude you know.

No, the thread is on white being a disadvantage.

Then you should be able to produce data… right?

Have any?

Sure … same data that you have.

Data that backs up your claim? I don’t have that.

Do you?

Since I found out I was Blackfoot Indian on my fathers side, I’ve been identifying as a Native American.

Might as well roll with the truth!

You have it, you just can’t (or won’t) understand it.
