Another shooting of a black man. How long before this one blows up?

Explain what? I asked a question I made no assertions.

Umm wrong, that is an indication it was the deputy who witnessed it. They aren’t saying who the complaining witness is at this point though.

Under the law an armed felony suspect may be shot lawfully and justifiably.

It doesn’t require a prior conviction.

And without camera footage there is really no way to know.

He was innocent until proven guilty.

He never got a chance to be even charged.

Weird how a guy who wasn’t a suspect gets transmutated into a suspect a gangster in blue can murder at will.

That was his choice.

If the guy ran on into the house and ended up killing or injuring hostages in an exchange the cop would be responsible for letting him get inside.

It doesn’t say the deputy witnessed it. Words mean things and that is double talk.

He became a suspect by waving a gun around and running from police.

Or he could have been simply going home.

Says his killer, who had the camera off. Funny, that.

So says the police who shot him without any proof of this happening.

They don’t even wear cameras as per the cited article.

How can our noble defenders of lawn order do their jobs if we’re always asking them to corroborate their claims.

That keeps being repeated yet there’s no supporting statement from the PD that I’ve seen.

Links? Was the video in his car also disabled?

Blue lives matter.

Where is a link to the investigation report?

I don’t accept anyone’s word wholesale without corroborating evidence.

What is lawn order?

You tell me.

We are going off of the same information.

I find it suspect that there was a guy who just happened to be wildly waving a gun out of the window and the policeman just had to shoot him in the back for the protection of others.

Seems Fishy
