Another fine example of democrats preserving evidence for an investigation!

Sound to me people still don’t understand our Constitutions…but again I blame the educational system for that.

According to CNN, as of August 2018, the Mueller team includes 15 attorneys, led by Mueller.[1] The additional supporting staff brings the number over 30.

Indeed, members of the New York University Law Review…are not very educated.

You can disagree with their summation.opinions. But come on man…

You think you are more educated than a university law review?

Hell, even I am not that arrogant.

Thanks.

And did any of this happen or is this hypothetical? First, you would have to have no access to the physical location of the phone.
And what would be on that phone that would make it so dangerous if it fell into someone elses hands…or perhaps that is what we will never know, now.

It’s a law review of international, environmental etc. All with their own special interest and bias.

Other Constitutions rights are granted by the state…ours is government is prevented from intruding on those right.

I understand what libs are trying to do here…change the very nature of reason why our Constitution was written so they can manipulate the social structure as they see fit.

And yes…call me arrogant if you want…but I bet I know more then them. Don’t make the mistake that I can write worth the ■■■■ as ignorance.

it is completely hypothetical excuse making. the phones were handed over by the people that were issued to after they wiped any incriminating evidence,

I don’t think this was a conspiracy. It would be too obvious. I think every one of the people thought: I don’t want them looking at whom I was talking to when, and who my contacts were and various other things that might be on here…I’ll just erase the phone. The reason for it is lame but it can happen once in a thousand times".
And they didn’t think that every other team member was doing exactly the same thing which made it all look very obvious.

everyone one of them believing he was smarter than all the rest… how liberal of them.

conspiracy of coincidence. matters not, it was unlawful no matter how it happened, as was lying to the IG about how it happened.

What’s the law they broke?

It looks to me like some of the phones were erased on purpose. Also looks like some were turned in before any investigation and wiped as a matter of practice.

So some ill intent and some innocuous intent.

I do see some selective outrage because some cases of obstruction, lying, etc are being forgiven as process crimes.

I want to keep learning the surrounding details of each of these phones. Those that erased their phones intentionally (looks like a few) will earn my scorn. The scale of my scorn will vary based on the nature of evidence that was lost, same as the other obstruction cases that have spun out of this affair.

The reason our Constitution was ground breaking, was the fact it was a government, designed to be governed by the people…vs a monarchy, or elite class.

This statement “so they can manipulate the social structure as they see fit” illustrates quite a lot of your thought process.

Especially since that statement can be can be applied to our Constitution. It was wildly radical at the time. It was also an experiment, that damn near failed on several occasions, and had to be improved upon many times. Some of those improvements, are things that many people believe were mistakes.

The founders did a fantastic job in changing the entire idea how a government is organized, and how it governs. However, it was far from perfect then, and far from perfect now.

But, we are working on that. I still believe in the goal of forming a more perfect union.

Your ideas of more perfect union may not be mine. And in order to impose your ideas of perfect union you have to violate my rights and civil liberties which Constitution and specially BoR’s was to prevent.

Now back to open line…you said elite class. That is precisely what the left is doing as we speak. In which I’m trying to prevent. Because your ideas don’t match my ideas.

Union of what?

i believe that would be 50 otherwise sovereign states.

That’s the way I understand it. Would respect for that state sovereignty to the utmost extent possible not be a “more perfect union” of those otherwise sovereign states?

Other than the 2nd…your civil rights are just fine.

And, yes, we disagree what that “more perfect union” could be.
I am willing to compromise…you?

Good question…what does he want to impose on us to form his little perfect union.

Everything.
