You want me to prove white males are not being discriminated against regarding employment opportunities, and are being overlooked due to DEI? Or AA?
The only way to do that, would be to compare how many claims are made by white males.
And when I say claims, I mean actual claims made to the EEOC, not just accusations w/out evidence. If that is the case:

I believe that these complaints are more frequent than the complaints of trans folk against any of the sporting outfits and we are supposed to upend sports to accommodate them. in fact I would be bet on a national basis the number of complaints probably outnumber trans as a whole however I have no data to support that hypothesis. Just wouldnât surprise me.

To be honest, I canât tell you that I have personally seen it happen, not in hiring anyway, in day to day work life, you betcha.
Well, men make up about 49% of the population, Transgender make up about .7% of the population. So that i s not a valid comparison

From what I have read, the white male advantage is getting hired. Once hired, people of color may get an advantage to getting promoted to higher positions, with everything else being equal
