People aren’t “white guys”. Individuals need to be treated fairly and equally regardless of their color. Would you make a good inspector general seeing that Trump’s policies on this were implemented?
Then he should file the appropriate paperwork with specific cases of complaint, as required by law, a law designed to prevent the very thing many are concerned about - a president dismantling the oversight afforded by IGs…
In a case like that, he should have a specific reason, something they did, that made him want to fire them. He could just write it up and wait 60 days.
It could be something they did or something they should have done but failed to do. Everybody doesn’t have to,agree with the reason.
Unless…he is just testing the constitutionality of the law itself.
People are treated fairly and equally. White males are/were not discriminated against with DEI.
History shows that people of color and women are discriminated against. It is not always done on purpose. Surely you are familiar with the studies showing how people with ethnic sounding names get passed over for interviews over non ethnic names.
The demographic that benefited most from DEI programs, are white women.
Also, no white man lost their potential job to a person of color or woman that was not as qualified as him.
