Did the capitol police make their response decisions based on skin color, in whole or in part?

Does claiming there is a racial component to this incident increase the likelyhood of further racial tension in this country?

Had people of color stormed the Capitol Building, they wouldn’t have been called rioters.

The police were the ones who opened the gates, waived them through and encouraged those peacefully there and then…they became “rioters”.

They would have never gotten there to begin with.

As demonstrated during previous DC Demonstrations, when people of color demonstrate - Capital Police, Metro Police Department, various Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, and the National Guard are deployed in advance and during the demonstration.

[Disclaimer: I’m not saying the powers that be were in error of pre-deployment for BLM protests, I’m do agree however their was a failure to deploy for the 6th when it was known in advance that there would likely be trouble and an attempt to interfere with Congress.]

We all saw how dark-colored crowds got treated by these same police. The absurdity of claiming otherwise is more enflaming than just saying what’s readily apparent.
