I know we lag behind other countries in many metrics. That’s why I said heart. We are capable of great things. It’s going to take heart to do them.
He did do it a lot, in response. And I found it off putting many times.
He didn’t ask if you knew the metrics, he asked you “By what metric”.

They really didn’t make an issue of it the first time. I think a lot of people thought he would cool it. He never did and it turned them off. It did me. Maybe not to vote for Biden but not vote at all.
