Currently, 433 sworn members.
221 Republicans.
212 Democrats.
289 is the magic 2/3rd’s number needed to expel.
Assuming all 212 Democrats vote yes on expulsion.
That means 77 Republicans need to vote yes.
Which is actually quite plausible.
I think expulsion has a decent chance of success.

I believe it the right thing to do. Wonder when the last time was.
Last expulsion was in 2002, when Jim Trafficant was expelled by a vote of 420 to 1.

Interestingly, there has only been one other expulsion since the Civil War, that being Michael Myers in 1980 due to the ABSCAM scandal.
