8 U.S. Code § 1324a

Yep. For all theTrumplicans whipped up into an emotional frenzy about illegal immigration, here’s a fun fact:

Lyin’ Don’s businesses have committed federal crimes by hiring them.

8 U.S. Code § 1324a. Unlawful employment of aliens / says a business violates the statute by hiring undocumented workers.

Please join everyone else in chanting “lock them up!!!” The next time you learn about these criminals’ blatant thumbing of their noses at our nation’s laws.

Good luck with the upcoming spin.

Not to mention the continuous caravan of Costa Ricans who make the trek to work at trump golf courses. Where they take jobs from Americans and Make Costa Rica Great Again.

Lock Him Up!

I know this thread will get no traction here.

But I like the chant!!

Lock him up!!

Lock him up!!!

Trump is a walking hypocrite on just about everything. Trumps tax returns probably show donations to clinton foundation.

And, Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes sanctuary city officials guilty of Harboring!

Harboring – Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii)

Any person who—

_(iii)knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation; _

_ (II)aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts, _

_ shall be punished as provided in subparagraph B._

There is no surer way to weaken, subdue, demoralize and then conquer a prosperous and freedom loving people than by allowing and encouraging the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low-skilled, criminal and diseased populations of other countries to invade that country, and make the country’s existing citizens tax-slaves to support the economic needs of such invaders.

Trump and sanctuary cities - making illegal immigration great again!

What are the chances of Donald Trump firing one illegal worker if he wasn’t president?

Hiring illegals is cool…

You, sir, have hit the nail on the head! Businesses that enable, aid, and abet illegal immigrants should be held accountable!

Good find on that subsection!

Let’s keep this thread going!!!

The only things the right typically for 100% is anti abortion ,lower taxes and ■■■■ liberals…

Everything else is up to how the wind ia blowing

And the administration has prosecuted ZERO cases in the last two years… Hmmm…

Yup! It’s time for this Administration to start locking up sanctuary city officials who engage in Harboring.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s socialism will promise food on the table, free public housing, health care for all, free college tuition, and other niceties by taxing the so called rich; and if by chance her leadership gains control because of such promises made, the end result, as John Adams stated, “will be revengeful, bloody, and cruel”

Good luck in court!

I fully agree and support your position on this. I would love to see e-verify put in place and enforced.

When he is out of office, he should be prosecuted if he broke the law on this. All employers should if they break the law.

Dont be fooled into thinking that the republicans are any better than the dems on illegal immigration. They both suck. The republicans want illegals for cheap labor and the dems want them for the vote.

Now build the wall and institute e-verify.

Yup. The dirty lil secret trump and trumplicans don’t want to talk about.

Why wasn’t Donald using E-verify and his own standards that he’s set? He claimed he was using it but wasn’t. He demanded it be mandatory for all and refused to do any due diligence for himself.

Well at least those officials told you as much.

Trump didn’t. He let you believe the opposite.

And one lawbreaker does not excuse another.

I fully support Donald Trump and his organization getting the same fine the Grand America Corporation got in 2010 after ICE raided their hotel operation.

What’s that you ask? They had to fire the 113 workers and promise to not do it again.

No one went to jail, no fine, not a damn thing.

Well, that certainly isn’t true.

Though criminal indictments and convictions remained relatively steady compared to years past, ICE officials say the numbers will rise, as many cases are pending. So far, 72 managers who hired illegal aliens were indicted this year and 49 managers were convicted of hiring illegal aliens over Americans.

Mostly they are handled with civil fines but the bar is very high for prosecuting them.

The prior administration on the other hand only prosecuted 15 cases in 2015, and 3 in 2016.

Some of the largest civil fines in history have though been doled out in the last couple of years such as the 5 Million dollar fine paid by Waste Mgmt.
