I fully agree and support your position on this. I would love to see e-verify put in place and enforced.

When he is out of office, he should be prosecuted if he broke the law on this. All employers should if they break the law.

Dont be fooled into thinking that the republicans are any better than the dems on illegal immigration. They both suck. The republicans want illegals for cheap labor and the dems want them for the vote.

Now build the wall and institute e-verify.

Why wasn’t Donald using E-verify and his own standards that he’s set? He claimed he was using it but wasn’t. He demanded it be mandatory for all and refused to do any due diligence for himself.

I fully support Donald Trump and his organization getting the same fine the Grand America Corporation got in 2010 after ICE raided their hotel operation.

What’s that you ask? They had to fire the 113 workers and promise to not do it again.

No one went to jail, no fine, not a damn thing.

Though criminal indictments and convictions remained relatively steady compared to years past, ICE officials say the numbers will rise, as many cases are pending. So far, 72 managers who hired illegal aliens were indicted this year and 49 managers were convicted of hiring illegal aliens over Americans.

Mostly they are handled with civil fines but the bar is very high for prosecuting them.

The prior administration on the other hand only prosecuted 15 cases in 2015, and 3 in 2016.

Some of the largest civil fines in history have though been doled out in the last couple of years such as the 5 Million dollar fine paid by Waste Mgmt.
