If not for COVID, I think Trump would win this election easily, but I don’t think he’s going to win this election because of COVID.

Trump could have sailed to re-election even with the Trump Virus. All he had to do was be competent and manage a solid Federal response.
Instead he tried to treat it like another one of his sexual harassment lawsuits or selling a condo.
So, it doesn’t matter about the Trump Virus. What matters is he bungled it at every possible opportunity.
If not for the most defining event of the year, the most significant challenge of the administration and the only crisis that they did not themselves create… if not for that one little thing… they would have won again.
