2020 Election Fraud Thread (Part 2)

How humble was Trump when he claimed he had “one of the greatest memories of all time”?

It is difficult to understand the point that is trying to be made. Is engaging a lawyer proof of guilt per se?

The exception is here as the founding fathers clearly gave the final word regarding General Election disputes to state legislators to ultimately decide.

Would that be a legitimate explanation for why Trump’s court challenges of election fraud failed?

Did the confirmation of Biden as the winner of the 2020 presidential election follow the procedures/processes that the founding fathers articulated in the US constitution?

The boundaries on this are not totally clear. And to what extent the legislature must:

Follow the US constitution
Follow US federal law (which can regulate federal election mechanisms)
Follow the state constitution
Follow State law.

If they are not bound at all, then they get to decide what “dispute” even means and we must accept that a state legislative majority can simply select the designation of electors. And in the situation we are discussing change that selection at their discretion.

The end result of that logic would be that we
Could change presidents at arbitrary intervals based on changes to state legislatures. This indicates they have probably have boundaries.

And in our system it is typically the courts that interpret where these boundaries lie.

Let’s see some real fraud in this thread.

Voted twice and a liberal collects the bounty.

Unlike in 2000, notice how the Supreme Court chose to essentially stay out of the Presidential election process this time around. Maybe they recognized their role is even more limited for example in General Elections?

Yes and when #45 raised The Holy Bible up above his head in front of the President’s fire damaged church all hell broke loose from many especially on the left side of the isle. Can not imagine what would of likely been considered a humble gesture for most any other President would of gone this way. Hatred of so many on the left was never as more apparent.

LOL at humble gesture.

Aussies did not appreciate an Aussie cameraman, doing his job, being punched in the face that was shown live on tv here in Australia for Trump’s photo op.

I don’t think a substantial issue has been brought to them… or any court. The closest one may be the PA changes (where the claim is that the legislature is bound by thier constitution, and one ruling was that the case was moot, should be refilled for the next election, second swing by Texas dismissed for standing)

“People don’t trust the result” is not a claim that a court can or should ease into.

If a legislature attempts to decertify, or if Pence had set aside electors, these would be conditions that would bring the SC into the fold.

Again… a cogent theory of specific fraud mechanism has not even been articulated. Right now we just have a lot of “it’s possible”, “it must have” and “people think that”. You can’t succeed in court on these vague merits.

Trump didn’t have a church.

“Despite concerns with statewide elections procedures, this audit showed us that the election was largely safe and secure,” tweeted Republican state Sen. Robert Cowles, who co-chairs the Legislature’s Audit Committee, which assigned the audit bureau to conduct the review.

The audit’s summary didn’t offer any evidence that the election won by President Joe Biden was “stolen” from Donald Trump, as Trump and some fellow conservatives have falsely claimed. Biden’s roughly 21,000-vote win over Trump in Wisconsin has withstood recounts and multiple court rulings.

But he did have a porn star side piece.

Instead of continuing to seemingly be riding solo in cogent theory as if on one’s high horse why not consider stepping off of it for a spell. Take a walk outside. Get away from reading the law books and indulge yourself in nature long enough to smell the flowers.

Another legit audit done with the same results.
And this part is new:
From the article:

The Legislative Audit Bureau’s findings come as a more partisan review, ordered by state House Speaker Robin Vos (R) and conducted by conservative former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, continues. Gableman raised eyebrows last year when he said without evidence that he believes the election was stolen from Trump.

That review is the subject of a court battle after Democratic Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul asked a court to block a subpoena from Gableman seeking documents from Meagan Wolfe, the administrator of the Wisconsin Elections Commissions.

This is a good thing to get the courts involved. Let’s see what the court says.

Anyone catch this one on Tucker’s show? He made a big deal about dead people voting and this is the proof. Massive voter fraud to be sure.
