2020 Election Fraud Thread (Part 1)

They decided to separate them after SCOTUS already ruled on this. Which you are apparently unaware of.

So Trumpā€™s plan really worked great. Put DeJoy in place to slow down the mail, and then carp about late votes being counted. Perfect.

Nah, I knew that; donā€™t be so condescending. Just call me skeptical. So this the old ā€œnot enough votes to change the outcomeā€ thingy. But I get it, ā€˜Ol Wolfie and his AG the Sheriff of Harrisburg essentially got away with a ā€œPass Interferenceā€ call by doing an end around on the PA Legislature.
Iā€™ll bet theyā€™re all happy about that

Here is the relevant section of PA Constitution.

Text of Section 2:
General Election Day
The general election shall be held biennially on the Tuesday next following the first Monday of November in each even- numbered year, but the General Assembly may be law fix a different day, two-thirds of all the members of each House consenting thereto: Provided, that such election shall always be held in an even-numbered year.

It does not set a deadline for when vote can be counted. Votes cast on election day are valid votes, such that those votes cast and in possession of the United States Postal Services (an organization of the United States Federal Government).

There is nothing in the PA Constitution that mandates an 8:00PM standard and as a matter of fact there is a federal law protecting overseas and military ballots mailed and postmarked by election day from being received and counted after election day.

Please try to connect more dots.

Namely what is relevant criteria to be considered ā€œmob rule.ā€

This Never Trump mob movement who has amassed during this 2020 General Election cycle is a much better example.

So you know the facts but donā€™t believe them because ???

Thatā€™s solid logical reasoning there.

Act of Congressā€¦there will not be a change of date. The house will not pass it.

Military and overseas vote counts have always been counted at a later date. Absentee ballots are to be postmarked to be received by Election Day.
The PA General Assembly did not vote to extend mail in ballots past the Nov 3rd (Election Day) deadline the Governor and AG enlisted a partisan judge to sign off on it usurping the authority of the General Assembly.
But who cares right? Itā€™s been addressed by the USSC and 10,000 votes were ā€œseparatedā€.
No harm no foul huh, confidence in the system restored?

You can easily tell the impact.

Only about 10,000 ballots came in after Election Day.

We know this because PA was ordered to segregate them.

Therefore we know that even if these ballots were thrown out, it wouldnā€™t change the race.

It is as simple as that.

The only ones who donā€™t have confidence in the system are the ones who have bought The Narrative hook, line and sinker.

Despite The Narrativeā€™s complete lack of internal logical coherence.

The ballots still had to be mailed by November 3rd and it wasnā€™t just a ā€œpartisan judgeā€**, it worked through the state courts to the PA Supreme Court who approved the revision made under emergency conditions because of the pandemic. We know itā€™s a national emergency because President Trump signed the orders so stating.

They DID NOT extended the mailing deadline, they did allow legally cast votes on or before election day to be counted if in the possession of the USPS and delivered to election officials in a reasonable time frame.

BTW - Trying to keep up with the lingo here. Is ā€œpartisan judgeā€ the new phrase for ā€œactivist judgeā€?

Iā€™m looking at the Sullivan/USPS case for hints about how election mail is handled.

This does not explain the truckload case, but the USPS expert (Kevin Bray) does outline in his declaration that certain extraordinary measures are applied to ballots.

USPS Declaration

Some excerpts:

The search is not limited to the interior of the plant and encompasses the surrounding area, including the docks and any trailers that might contain mail.
ā€¦
During the last days of the election, when all ballots must be dispatched from plants under the extraordinary measures undertaken by the Postal Service, all ballots retrieved during sweeps are expedited through whatever means are necessary to ensure they are delivered in time to be counted, assuming that is physically possible.
ā€¦
Any ballots identified in these sweeps were to be moved to the BoEs as quickly as necessary to be counted, outside of the Postal Serviceā€™s usual transportation network. This includes arrangements with some BoEs who make plans to come to plants to pick up ballots themselves.
ā€¦
Today, I confirmed that the sweeps were carried out as instructed in plants located in the Central Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Detroit, Colorado/Wyoming, Alabama, Northern New England, Greater South Carolina, South Florida, Lakeland, and Arizona districts.
ā€¦
There are many reasons that a ballot may not receive a finalization scan. Most delivery of ballots, we instructed plants to take ballots out of our normal processing (to ā€œhold them outā€) for expedited delivery to the BoEs (or organize for pickup by the BoEs). This process involves an expedited approach to sorting ballots by BoE on our processing equipment, and thus the ballots receive a first scan and are then removed, or ā€œheld outā€ from further processing. This means they would not receive a finalization scan.

Note that the time of this declaration is NOV 4, so we have to extrapolate back to Oct 21 to imagine the process applied for this specific truckload.

Again, this is not an explanation for the truckload we are discussing, but we should keep in mind that the USPS was using unusual methods for handling ballot mail. Much of the driverā€™s testimony focused on how unusual this truckload was being handled compared to every other day.

So we should keep this in mind as these extraordinary procedures might have come into play with regard to the 24 totes of ballot mail Originally destined for Harrisburg, then re-routed to Lancaster with involvement of a USPS facility director, then the trailer was no longer available to the driver for his normal route.

Nothing is simple with the election fraud crew.

Despite multiple state election officials and the attorney general of the United States, Who clearly stated no massive fraud occurred.

They are bound and determined to make a case that their guy won.

They wonā€™t be convinced otherwise.

Trump lost. Biden will be inaugurated at the correct place and time.

Itā€™s very clear to me.

Votes counted

Electors certified.

Electors votes

Electors votes counted by Mike pence.

Biden president.

What is wrong with the Republicans in Congress?

Power, and their fear of losing it, is more important to those spineless bootlickers. Heaven forbid they upset the orange one and say that Biden won the election.

Then it is an anomaly.

Yeah but Al Gore was a wonk who didnā€™t inspire a lot of personal loyalty.

They didnā€™t have power in the House to lose.

Itā€™s just party loyalty.

House GOP put out a bill Friday to repeal the ā€œmotor voterā€ act.

Fox news- GOP Bill

Wikipedia 1993 voter act

Not much chance of passing now, but if they keep trying they should keep the provision where DMV address updates are propagated to the registration rolls. This keeps addresses More current than the otherwise would be.

I didnā€™t even know this was part of the original law, but it makes sense. At least from the perspective of accurate voter rolls.

But if the state legislatures or congress make an unconstitutional decision, the SCOTUS can have the final word on nullifying that unconstitutional decision. Thatā€™s why they are there and well read on the constitution.
