Difference is the FBI handed over documents pertaining to Trump the opposite is truthful here. Anything damaging to Trump they would realize anything that clears him they would hide. FBI literally held incriminating evidence of Sussman to the point it couldn’t be used due to statute of limitations.

Joe won’t even let it get to a trial he is firing anyone who wants to move the case forward by using the DOJ, and is using the FBI to stonewall oversight, and you talk justice? Why is Joe firing anyone investigating his son? You’d be cool out of nowhere Trump using the DOJ to fire mueller and his team in a middle of an investigation? You call that justice? Libs passed laws specifically to lift statute of limitations on certain things just to get Trump lol! That’s justice you see! Obstructing investigations is somehow now patriotic to the left. Just be like Biden use your DOJ to fire anyone who investigates you and say no one’s above the law.

The Democrats had the FBI working with them to get Trump out of office. The Republicans have to fight the FBI to see the evidence whistleblowers tell them about. Tell me about equivalence when the FBI was a code name for a project to get Biden like they did to get Trump.

Did the trump campaign have the fbi working with them to make sure he wins when the fbi reopened the email investigation a few weeks before the election and then winked winked and said well her actions don’t quite mean criminal intent
