With respect to immigration enforcement, is the U.S currently in the middle of a rebellion or seditious conspiracy?

If the U.S. is currently in the middle of an organized activity to attack federal agents and preventing the enforcement of immigration laws, then 18 U.S. Code § 2383 (Rebellion or Insurrection) and 18 U.S. Code § 2384 (Seditious Conspiracy), seem to be legally applicable to those organized activities that use force to attack federal agents or prevent the enforcement of immigration laws.

What say you?

Whoever said this gets it:
“If you don’t fight like hell you’re not going to have a country anymore”.

Yep. For sure. And Minnesota is suing to prevent federal agents from enforcing federal law. I have no doubt that some Marxist judge will agree.

Thank God we don’t have Marxist judges.

Thank God we have the supreme court. Guess how they will rule.
:slightly_smiling_face:

Oh, and you have one less Marxist judge in Minnesota.

I never had any.

Fair point. She was a Marxist judge. Not your Marxist judge. Currently she’s an unemployed Marxist judge.

These are organized efforts in largely leftist Democrat run areas to interfere with law enforcement officers doing their jobs.

I think these are organized criminals committing organized crime…I think these are people who don’t believe this country should even have borders…

If they want to peacefully protest that’s fine but when they start physically confronting and assaulting law enforcement, blocking, throwing bricks and rocks at people and cars, following them to their homes or hotels…

If I did that to my local police department or county sheriff I guarantee I’d be headed to jail.

Thank you for citing the specific statutes. It’s time the perpetrators of these assaults on law enforcement for their own good get hauled in.

To answer the question. The training to disrupt ICE is clearly a seditious conspiracy.

Anyone who doesn’t worship at the feet of ICE is counter revolutionary vermin.

Anyone who purposely spills lies that the officer was not hurt by good intentionally truly are lawless revolutionaries. Good was part of an illegal operation who’s soul purpose was to stop ice operations.

I never said she didn’t. Lot of mistakes were made by everyone in that situation.

I think that “conspiracy to impede or injure officer” is much more likely to get a conviction:

If two or more persons in any State, Territory, Possession, or District conspire to prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat, any person from accepting or holding any office, trust, or place of confidence under the United States, or from discharging any duties thereof,

or to induce by like means any officer of the United States to leave the place, where his duties as an officer are required to be performed,

or to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, or while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof,

or to injure his property so as to molest, interrupt, hinder, or impede him in the discharge of his official duties,

each of such persons shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six years, or both.
18 U.S. Code § 372 - Conspiracy to impede or injure officer | U.S. Code | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute

The “protests” are clearly highly organized and well-funded. Follow the money . . .

What do you think of my idea of slow torture followed by death by draw and quartering, followed by taking out of the entrails and burning them of anyone who’s a traitor?

I think maybe that doesn’t go far enough… Everyone has to KNOW… You cross The Leader at your peril!

Death to All Blowers of Whistles!

I swear.

A second shooting involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents was reported in North Minneapolis. This incident follows exactly one week after the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent in South Minneapolis.

Sounds like the mayor of Minneapolis is admitting to an insurrection:

. . .we’re in a position right now where we have residents that are asking the very limited number of police officers that we have to fight ICE agents on the street to stand by their neighbors. We cannot be at a place right now in America where we have two governmental entities that are literally fighting one another," Frey said.
(From your Fox link.)

How did fighting the federal government work out for Democrats in 1861?

The case for insurrection charges is getting stronger.

Frey needs to be taken into custody, and “disappeared” to Rikers Island where Big Bubba will take good care of him.
