Will life insurance policies cover death by COVID vaccination?

In France, the answer is apparently no:

The court recognizes the classification of the insurer who, in view of the announced side effects, including death, legally regards participation in the phase three experiment, whose proven harmlessness is not given, as voluntarily taking a fatal risk that is not covered by the contract and legally recognized as suicide. The family has appealed. However, the insurer’s defense is recognized as well-founded and contractually justified, as this publicly known fatal risk is legally considered suicide, since the customer has been notified and has agreed to voluntarily take the risk of death without being obliged or compelled to do so.”

Does a similar situation exist in the US?

Got to this part

And then stopped.

Figure out why.

Yes, many articles appear to debunk the claim that vaccine-related death would not be covered by life insurance.

On the other hand, I would expect that life insurance rates may go up dramatically. There has been an unexplained surge in deaths for younger adults in 2021. Insurance companies will have to increase rates or challenge claims.

Are vaccine makers liable for payouts of life-insurance claims for vaccine-related deaths?

Can the life-insurance companies sue for damages?

The article that you linked to doesn’t even prove that there is a case in the court.

So there is that.

Yes. I agree it looks like life insurance companies are on the hook for any vaccine-related deaths.

Can the insurance companies sue the vaccine manufacturers for damages?

The mortality rate went up 40% in the 18-44 age group. COVID deaths do not explain that. If a significantl portion of the deaths are linked to the vaccines, are the vaccine makers liable?

The basis for this thread… that there is a case in France about this very thing… cannot be verified by the article linked.

How about we see if there is actually a court case before wondering about it?

How about that?

Clearly you are not listening to what have posted. The OP posed a question. We agree on the answer.

Given that life-insurance companies have to pay out for vaccine-related deaths, should vaccine makers be liable for the payouts?

A “yes” or “no” would be fine.

The question was answered in France as being a “No” and then posited if the same could be true for the US.

But the problem with the article that was posted is that it failed to prove that the answer in France is in fact no.

The whole thing is basically a French guy said on Facebook an unverifiable thing so let us worry about it.

It is a silly way to live.

That may be the problem. I can’t hear the OP either.
