You know that there are two people there and that in counting locations paper ballots that for some reason are not machine readable have to be hand copied and then run through the machine. When this occurs there is a special process, review, and tracking so that the duplicate ballot for machine reading is track and kept with the original ballot for audit purposes.

None of the states are fully finished counting and there are glitches, slowdowns, and remedies happening in all of them. It is only in a handful where the last few votes might make a difference. They are called the swing states. That’s why we are watching them and not the last few tortuous votes in california, South Dakota, or Texas. It’s amazing this has to be explained.
Then there was the software “glitch” in mich changing trump votes to biden votes. Used in 47 counties. In just one county it flipped 6000 votes.
They are saying this software was being used some in GA as well.
Guess we know why Biden and Harris didn’t bother to do any real campaigning now…the fix was in!

I am starting to lose count of how many judges have heard Trump campaign Lawyers go before the bench and say that they have a case that there is election fraud. And in every case they have been kicked out of the court for not providing a shred of evidence. The OP can believe what he wants. But without evidence the whole argument is moot. And by next week Trump is going to look pretty stupid in all of this. But hey, nothing new.
I remember how avergbear’s prediction of $7 per gallon of gas during Obama’s second term came true.
The Biden campaign’s goal was to flip back to blue the three blue states that went for Trump in 2016 by less then 0.8%. Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Some on the right don’t realize how razor thin his margin of victory was in those states. And so they put the effort and money there. So did the DNC.
And it worked. They knew if they flipped those states back to Biden it was game over. This was not rigged. It was a calculated use of time and money. And it worked. And to Trump’s credit, his campaign knew it also. Look at the time he spent in those states. Everyone knew the game plan. Biden just pulled it off better.
