Going back to the inception of our country, the press has always been a target by pols.
Yet, the FF knew the importance and the necessity of a functioning press, enough to include it int the Constitution.
Labeling the press the “enemy of we the people”, is what authoritarians do, as they know the press is an integral part of a functioning democracy.
One has to be informed on how to get as close to the truth as possible. Since there is now enough media outlets to satisfy anyone’s internal biases, one has to challenge their own beliefs, to get anywhere near the truth.
In general, the AP, The Christian Science Monitor, and a few others do a good job of reporting the news, with out spin or an agenda.
Cable news, is ok for entertainment…but to get to the facts…one has to go to other sources.
Blogs in general, are not a good option.

It’s not a “Deep State”. It’s a subversive socialist/communist “Shadow Government” which began to entrench itself during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Its mission being, to advance GLOBALISM and socialist policies, and obstruct attempts to roll back such policies.

I read the following article back in March: US government imposing severe restrictions on news outlets covering border crisis It seems our mainstream media is more than happy to comply and avoid covering the border crisis, in addition to not reporting on the consequences American citizens and their children are suffering from this ongoing invasion. Why? Do our mainstream media journalists not care about the general welfare of the American people and their children?
