You don’t have the right to insist that someone carry your speech on their private platform. It’s even a dumber insistence when they do it for free.

Sure but your idea is inconsistent. You want to force Twitter to carry non-illegal speech but don’t want to force brick and mortars to do the same.

Let the court decide. That’s what the idea is. But I believe it won’t be necessary in most cases. Once a pattern of free speech is established.

I wish them luck, but I’m afraid we are just a few years away from social credit scores determining our rights. Just like in “Demolition Man” we will have constant monitors that say “That’s one demerit for incorrect speech” or something like that. They’ll probably make us keep our phones on to achieve this. All we will be able to do is fake smile and say “be well” to everybody. The left is probably soaking wet just thinking about it.
