Who is more stupid than Alex Jones? His attorney, apparently. But Alex Jones is

For ■■■■■ sake, you are defending a man who said Sandy Hook was a fake event and that no children died.

He decided to say that not once but several times. No one pushed him over the edge, he made a conscious decision to make that statement and then repeat it.

I hope to god he is ruined financially and this piece of ■■■■ crawls off to live in poverty. But the truth is there are many who believe the lies he peddles and regardless of him saying Sandy Hook really did happen and children died they will continue to believe it and convince themselves he was forced to say that.

This has nothing to do with leftists or politics and all to do with a man who heaped more hurt and pain on families who were already suffering the worst tragedy anyone could experience.

Nobody knows or has ever heard of Alex Jones. When his mind squirts are repeated here on these boards it’s just because everyone who has never hears of Alex jones is an independent thinker.

Well, we officially found somebody more stupid than Alex Jones.

His attorney.

Who so kindly transmitted a ■■■■ load of dirt on Alex Jones to the opposing attorney.

Is the attorney incredibly stupid or just extremely corrupted and/or blackmailed?

Alex Jones has no shortage of powerful enemies who would be happy to end his career. A staged “accidental” document dump is hardly the most aggressive approach.

I find this line of thinking strange, and not just from your post but several others. The Plaintiffs requested the phone and Jones’ lawyer supplied it. This is all legal and does not imply Jones’ lawyer did anything wrong, he didn’t. He just didn’t do anything wrong like wiping the phone clean before submitting it, that would have been grounds for disbarment.

Perhaps Jones assumed he had wiped it clean, or even failed to understand that the phone had been turned over. That is on him, but he lied during Deposition and the phone is proof he lied. Whatever else is on that phone can’t be used against him unless it pertains to the case at hand, I suppose. I don’t think the Plaintiff’s lawyers can now give it to Congress or the DOJ if they want it. They would also need a warrant for it, I think. Not sure, we have some bright legal minds here so if anyone can chime in I would appreciate it.

If there is child porn on this phone, can the Plaintiffs give that to the Cops? If there is January 6th information on it, can they give it to Congress or the DOJ?

A lawyer is responsible for representing his client, not making life easy for the opposition in a lawsuit. Handing over a personal cell phone without any legal challenge hardly sounds like real legal representation.

Of course, destroying evidence is another matter. Wiping their phones is what Mueller’s legal team did to prevent review by the OIG. How many got disbarred for that?

He’s been hated by the elites ever since he exposed them prancing around naked, worshipping Molech in that video from when he snuck into Bohemian Grove. He’s ■■■■■■■

He did it for years. Even after he knew that Wolfgang Halbig was mentally ill… he continued to give him a platform to harass the parents.

He even helped Jim Fetzer sell his book titled “Nothing happened at Sandy Hook” even though he knew Fetzer was a kook

He talked about Sandy Hook being fake for years.

He drives traffic to his site by being outrageous and tries to sell them supplements and prepper supplies

The contents of the phone can be subpoenaed. And it is going to be subpoenaed.

Also there seems to be information on there that law enforcement would like to see.

Those phones were backed up to the cloud.

No information was lost from them.

I have no idea why this is being brought in this topic.

The film that he did about sneaking into Bohemian Grove shows no such thing.

The journalist Jon Ronson who was there with him describes a much different story. Ronson is not a serial liar.

Yes, dissidents frequently face selective prosecution from repressive regimes.

Julian Assange has been a prime example.

This is a civil trial for defamation.

Everything that is happening to Jones is a direct result of his actions.

Yes, the trial is about civil lawsuit.

DOJ jumping in would an example of selective prosecution.

The DOJ wouldn’t be jumping in to prosecute Jones. They’ll be asking for evidence he has that is relevant to their current criminal investigation surrounding January 6th

The DOJ would be looking into separate matters. Not this one.

Jones was in direct contact with a bunch of characters surrounding the events of Jan 6. A few of them are charged with seditious conspiracy.

If there is evidence on that phone… then the DOJ should have it.

Wouldn’t you agree?

Somebody said that Jones’s attorney ensuring his conviction was a Law and Order twist and one of the L&O show runners chimed in to say it was too stupid to even consider having a fictional lawyer do it lol.

If only it had been on Babylon bee. Then we’d get a thread on it.
