None of that negates the fact that Biden used the threat of withholding of funds to get his (our) way. That is the crux of the issue. On the other hand, Zelensky has stated that he was unaware of any threat to withhold funds if Trump’s request for an investigation was not conducted.

The crux of the issue is that Donald Trump conducted a sweeping and systematic campaign in order to get the President of an ally to publicly state he would open an investigation into Trump’s political rival.

What funds did Biden delay or withhold?

None. Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion of U.S. aid unless Ukraine’s leaders fired the country’s top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, for being too soft on corruption⁠ … which they did, thus avoiding the withholding of the funds. Biden then bragged openly about the incident. Weren’t you paying attention back then? It was only three years ago.

You weren’t paying attention back then. Nobody was. Ukraine was only a cudgel against Obama. Many of you still think that Obama just gave away Crimea and believe that there were no severe repercussions

That’s the point. These sort of strong arm tactics in foreign affairs have never been an issue to anyone before.
