Who interfered more in the 2016 election? Russia or China?

The Democrats have been diverting attention towards Russia as the big threat to the US. But internet platforms were working hard on deals for access into China in 2016. KoolWhereas Russia merely posted propaganda on social media, China was in a position to to leverage access to China to influence internet platform algorithms and policy.

I think China was and is working with Democrats to shepherd the sheeple towards communism.
