This is irrelevant to the defamation of character. I would not be surprised if the case was retried for a different reason. Iāll bet Nicolas will get some money, even if it isnāt the full $250 million settlement that he asked for. He can also appeal the case.

A case dismissed with prejudice can always be appealed to a higher court. It canāt be refilled in the same court however.

Even if it took an 83 year old āappointed for lifeā (just like Gorsuch and Kavanaugh) Federal Judge placed on the bench by President Jimmy Carter to let that kid know his lawsuit was garbage.
