"when you think of it we should't even have an election"

Working on 42 years of marriage here. You are correct, the worry about getting laid is gone. It’s the WHEN that brings the angst.

You don’t remember “I will be a dictator only on day one”.
Trouble is it never is for one day.
It shows the mentality of the President who said it out loud.

Up awfully late. Pubs closed already?

I do get enjoyment reading the stereotypes! It’s crazy you actually think anyone Irish kisses the blarney stone and drinks to excess.
I feel bad letting you down so I’ll not.

You know leprechauns aren’t real either.

I don’t think I said anything about drinking to excess. Just asking if the pubs closing is why so… late. They serve food right? Stop to have a pint or two right? Doesn’t automatically lend to excessive drinking.

I think you are the one stepping into the stereotype.

I also never mentioned that or the blarney stone.

Maybe I was wrong about the other pub reasoning after all.

Sorry I thought it was a really funny one liner.
I’ve always thought the American sense of humour is underrated
It’s all good.

That was a great speech but I think everyone who reads it wishes they could have those precious seconds of their life back.
My wife and I had our years of “procreating” and it yielded four magnificent children who are incredible adults now and have blessed the family with their own children
We’re in our 70’s and if you know people that age pendejo who are having sex for the purposes of “procreating” please share the story. There are probably many here who can’t wait for that one.

It’s weird most pubs close at 1am and you can’t buy alcohol at any shops after 10pm.
Nightclubs are later.
I’m too old for all that shizzle.

I can’t help you out as I’m a bit confused how the topic came up by another poster in the first place.
Glad family life all worked out well for you.

Do you even get TV or Internet service in you cave? We’ve already seized several tankers that contained Venezuelan oil and Trump just had a meeting with the executives of the big oil companies last week. You’re delusional if you think they wouldn’t jump at the opportunity to invest in some of the largest oil reserves in the world, especially since some of them had oil leases in Venezuela prior to the Communists took over. And the infrastructure is already in place. Venezuela was a very prosperous country, again prior to the Communist takeover. As for Greenland - they have tremendous amounts of mineral resources but haven’t bothered, or perhaps don’t have the ability to develop them. Talk about lack of critical thought…

I hope Trump gets control of Greenland, but not by use of force. Pressure yes, force no, But Trump is going to Trump. I’d be satisfied just by his kicking the illegals out of our country and every Lib from elected office that he possibly can, and regaining control of America from the Libs hell bent on destroying it. Anything else he accomplishes is just a bonus.

An incredibly inaccurate claim. You think those Communists competently maintained that complex and expensive infrastructure the last 20 years?

So what? It is our right or responsibility to harvest Greenland’s natural resources?
.

What’s the difference between force or pressure in your mind? Trump said today additional tariffs on any country who doesn’t support our taking over Greenland. What do you call that?

Can I get an AMEN.

This current crop of absolutely insane leftists represent an actual threat to the freedom and security we enjoy as a nation.

So what were you doing up at that hour posting if you are too old to be up that late?

My, my.

“I’d be satisfied just by his kicking the illegals out of our country and every Lib from elected office that he possibly can”

Fascists gotta fascist.

What this shows is that you choose to swallow humourous bull feces and then regurgibleat it as a serious comment cuz you can then light your hair on fire. The leftist, sheoplized mentality truly is a joke that isn’t funny. Grow up.

Venezuela has been producing oil so clearly there is sufficient infrastructure to continue doing so. Undoubtedly much of the rest is in disrepair. Don’t forget, many oil companies were there before Hugo Chavez came in and essentially kicked those companies out. My point was that those companies would absolutely like to go back and produce oil again and they wouldn’t be starting from complete scratch.

By force I mean violence. I don’t think Trump would resort to that against a country that is not our enemy. Economic pressure is what I was referring to. Russia has clearly proven it will use force to take what it wants and I don’t believe China would hold back if it felt they could get away with it. China and Russia are not our friends. Someone is going to get those minerals. Better us than them. China already has too much control over the worlds rate earth.

So keep ratcheting up tariffs perhaps. If that doesn’t do, perhaps disallow Danish shipping to use US waters and ports. Shipping is a huge part of the Danish economy. If that’s not enough, what’s next? Cut off diplomatic relations? More? I mean we want those minerals and we can’t get them if we don’t own Greenland.
It’s weird though; we seem to think we can get Venezuelan oil without owning Venezuela. Or will we eventually need to do that, too?

And if none of that works, since Trump has said any outcome where the US doesn’t own Greenland is unacceptable?

What then?
