Legally, what rights do the states have to allow certain things such as gay rights, the death penalty, abortion, or anything else? Or should everything simply be decided by the Democrats overthrowing the Constitution of the United States of America, and the Bill of Rights, and making all of those decisions for you(the American people). Basically taking your votes and your rights away from all of you!
This is the “United States” of America. It isn’t just one. It’s e pluribus Unum. That’s different than what you’re saying IMO.
