What to do about Presidential Authority vs District Court Judges

there actually is not a single asylum seeker outside of Venezuela that could establish the criteria necessary for a valid asylum request.

In which country are any of them being persecuted by their government for:

  1. religious beliefs
  2. political beliefs
  3. race
  4. ethnicity

Which country is at war?
Which country is battling a insurrection?

They owe We The People, not Trump.
They ONLY yes-men duty here is to follow the Constitution.
The fact it’s Trump him self who is pushing for the Constitution should NOT mater.
Lay off the TDS, SCOTUS!

Ofcourse it’s all a red hering the Left is throwing out there just to delay Trump’s progress.

These Illegals are here NOT here to get Asilum, not here to clean our homes or pick veggies and fruit.

And invasion by terrorists and unfriendly MOB does not
belong in the courts to be “processed”, as the Left keeps throwing out there.

You have more faith than I. What happened to Judge Merchan? Him and his family became rich.

It was a sham prosecution, his daughter raised money for the Democrats while it was going on and slowly…the pendulum of justice is swinging in the right direction. Now that Trump has Pam Bondi as the new AG, Kash Patel as FBI Director…and surrounded by many talented people that all put this country first…my faith that justice will prevail has increased.

And it goes for any president or political ideology.

It’s a sad commentary on our society and our nation that we default to assuming that because this-judge or that-judge was appointed by so-and-so, s/he will rule this-way or that-way. It’s a sadder commentary on the judges that they fulfill the expectation.

Right and wrong take second fiddle to wordsmithing and nuance. And the veiled politics of the underlying nuance gets buried in a 40-page explanation.

And the rest of the nation abandons their sense of right and wrong and people say, “Oh well… since a judge says it’s ok, I’ll do it too.”

It’s not new. It’s human nature. The book of Judges in the Hebrew Testament recounts that.

Sorry… I got off on a tangent.

I like where you are going with this. What would be required, and by who, in order to make it happen?

This is silly His daughter used politics to collect donations. How did he become rich.

He colluded with his child to commit fraud and solicit money in exchange for denigrating and manipulating legal rule and process to SPECIFICALLY target and harm President Trump.

Since you asked.

Quite blatant really.

Conditions have changed a bit now.

By his facilitation

It wasn’t by his Judge salary.

or even billable hours that pad the pockets of all the attorneys.

Judge Juan had bigger stakes at hand and a cunning protege he groomed.

Was she bonuses based on her donation collection. Is he writing a book

Are we making things up.

It was a stupid prosecution. That’s where it ends.

Which is exactly why they need to be reigned in, before they become completely ignored by the executive.

I believe you are correct…And if you are, it will not stop. It will get worse on both sides. That is why I think we as a country should put a stop to this behavior.

We are talking about machin

Reigned in

There may be a similar situation with this judge.

I was hearing some things about his daughter on fox last night.

The judge us arrogantly overstepping his authority at a minimum.

Not sure in this case

How does he profit from what you perceive to be political actions?
