Only the IRS can sue someone for tax evasion. What makes you think George Soros has evaded his taxes?
He is no more a pain than any other billionaires who use their money to fund their political preferences.
It’s almost like Billionaires are the real problem.
The United States tax code bends over and over to make sure the ultra wealthy have multiple ways to not have to pay any federal tax so there’s likely no there, there.

I would also imagine, given his status as “favorite punching bag for the right”, that his taxes are immaculate.
