What does Trump do to the Saudi owned 45th floor of Trump World Tower?

Reminder: The Saudi government to this day owns the entire 45th floor of Trump World Tower.

So, if Trump is gonna retaliate hard on the Saudi’s for killing the journalist (which I doubt he does), does that include kicking them out? It appears they bought this floor 2 months before 9/11. As President, what should he do?
