According to an excerpt from their most recent 10-K they are included in an enterprise now turning a pretty healthy profit:

If a CEO can go to prison for letting his accountants cook the books, it makes sense they can go to prison if their Human Resources department hires illegals.
The criminals are the employers. They choose to break the law. If they stopped hiring, there would be far less people trying to get here to earn money.
Not surprising a con defends the illegal practices…as of corporations. As long as it is profitable.
