Yes it’s the Westchester Airport in New York who apparently has a voluntary curfew each night between midnight and 6:30 a.m. according to this report:
I was aware this was going on because they got caught red handed flying them into the Chattanooga airport at 2am a couple of months ago in spite of the TN Gov telling Brandon that we do not want them here.

I hear it’s all just part of the process of living in lib America. 
Some smaller airports have hours where the airfield is closed. Hell, one Marine Air Station closed their airfield from 2300-0700. Exceptions were for in-flight emergencies or planned training exercises. In the case of training, the surrounding communities were notified to expect flights during those hours.
Pilots and flight attendants serve a useful purpose.
