Jim Justice is only running for Manchin’s seat because he found out what his son was doing and wanted to raise his profile in an effort to protect him. Cons want a two tiered justice system, as usual.

DOJ is jury shopping. They know without any doubt at all what the verdict will be if they try him in DC.
