The father of a missing three-year-old arrested in New Mexico Friday is now charged with training 11 children to carry out mass shootings at local schools, reports Fox News.

“Prosecutors allege Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 39, was conducting weapons training on the compound, where 11 children were found hungry and living in squalor. They asked Wahhaj be held without bail,” writes Fox News.

“Authorities raided the compound on Friday after a monthslong search investigating the disappearance of Abdul-ghani Wahhaj, a boy with severe medical issues who went missing from Georgia in December,” adds the report.

Local authorities said the children, ages 1-15, "looked like third world country refugees not only with no food or fresh water, but with no shoes, personal hygiene and basically dirty rags for clothing.”

The makeshift compound was located near the New Mexico-Colorado border and was shielded by tires, wooden pallets, and other material.
