Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell weighed-in on the recent rash of incidents involving anti-Kavanaugh protesters accosting GOP legislators Wednesday, saying there’s “no chance” these people are going to “scare us out of doing our duty.”

McConnell was addressing his colleagues from the Senate Floor when he “made it clear” that his members won’t be intimidated at “airports and their homes.”

“I want to make it clear to these people who are chasing my members around the halls here, or harassing them at the airport, or going to their homes; we’re not going to be intimated by these people,” said McConnell.

"There is no chance in the world they’re going to scare us out of doing our duty. I don’t care how many members they chase, how many people they harass here in the halls … we will not be intimated by these people,” he added.
