All the last guy did was give putin a tacky “reset” button and go on to brag about how flexible he was willing to be for vlad.
And said nothing to the American public about russian interference/meddling/cyberattacks in our election. Though to be fair, that may have been the “flexible” part.

it’s funny that Russia’s economy was hurt so bad that Putin went looking for a candidate to go easy on them.
After russia invaded Crimea. obama did nothing about russians killing people with radioactive poisons.
And interfering with “our sacred elections”.

I hadn’t given that much thought to it when I first read about it. Then it dawned on me that trump needs a way to talk to Putin that is not recorded or attended by anyone else, so he can’t talk to him on the phone or meet with him in person. They’re pen pals.
Presumably, this letter is an official document. but I bet trump is not treating it as
such.
Now its “our state department” doing this. Don’t you mean its the Trump administration that is doing this? Someone says something racist somewhere in Louisiana and they will work the word “Trump” in there some way. Here, it is “our state department”.
