I voted for Trump with reservations (for the first time) but have to question some of the stuff that he’s doing f.e. with regards to Ukraine.
Ideally, shouldn’t one be even more critical of those public servants that one votes for once they get into the office ? Those you’re opposed to you would not expect to act in accordance to your views.

From what I heard on the radio, the video was created to take the piss out of Trump but he is so self absorbed he thinks its paying him a compliment hence him posting it.
What is this obsession thar federal workers do nothing all day. As with any business of operation which employs tens of thousand of people there are going to be shirkers and those who try to get by with the minimim but i do not understand this incessant need to demonize the entire workforce.
Of course positions that are not needed or provide no value need to be eliminated and those who are continually poor performers need to be let go.

In the private sector, there are periodic Reductions In Force where dead wood is eliminated. There is no profit motive in the government, thus dead wood would likely be allowed to stick around and to retire.
