Trump trial thread

Just keep rubbing that magic lamp.

Not to mention doesn’t matter as Trump will be winning in Nov.

Well that is certainly a tale full of red string and thumbtacks

My favorite part is the $18,000 that the DNC paid to get Colangelo to get his boss to go after the Trump org to prosecute all the fraud that they did.

Man… he works for cheap.

But you see… it’s going to go to the Supreme Court.

It’s what the AG of Missouri says is going to happen.

They are now harmed.

You know this.

Whereas nobody was harmed in Trump prosecution. Except for Trump whose NDA was broken.

See its nothing at all. Why even bother?

How are they harmed?

What?

Biden sure thinks it harmed his opponent.

Might not be much juice in that squeeze.

Everything Biden touches turns to fecal matter.

Let’s Go Brandon!

Of course it “harmed” Trump - he was tried and convicted of numerous crimes. The consequences for crimes are supposed to “harm” the convicted.

“Harm” by itself does not grant standing - and harm to Trump certainly doesn’t grant standing to the State of Missouri.

Missouri will claim that the state had a right to a fair election and that New York conspired to interfere with that right along with the Biden administration by tying up one of the presumptive major candidates in a case designed for that purpose.
Whether the court grants standing, I have no idea.
It’s a novel idea to combat novel lawfare.

How is New York depriving Missouri of a fair election by prosecuting crime?

By conspiring to go after a specific politician for the purpose of tying him up in a court case in order to prevent him from campaigning. Show that the decision to go after Trump for that purpose was made before the crime was even found.

No, it isn’t. It’s a not-so-novel way of conning the rubes (you guys) into maintaining The Narrative.

It’s not supposed to succeed - even the Missouri AG knows that. It’s supposed to make you guys feel good, so you’ll see him as a “good guy” in The Narrative, and send him money.

It’ll work, too. That’s the best part.

I once again notice that the defense isn’t that he didn’t do the crime.

Why do I never hear that?

Sure. I have my checkbook out right now.

Quite the imagination.

It’s all they have.

What are they going to run on. How great a job jol’ mumbles is doing?

Yeah, that must be it.

Exactly.

This took Trump off the campaign trail and cost him a ton of legal fees and the biggest hook was the smear that Biden invested 50 million dollars to exploit.

The prosecution was a farce of legal malfeasance.

Because the crime was so far removed from Trump and the legal process it needs a paragraph to describe.

Trump signed the checks.

How is that removed?
