Donald Trump arrived in the United Kingdom for his first time as President of the United States Thursday; kicking off a whirlwind two-day visit where he’s set to meet Prime Minister Theresa May and Queen Elizabeth II.
The Commander-in-Chief touched down at Stansted Airport near London accompanied by First Lady Melania Trump and were met by the US Ambassador to the United Kingdom and a full military guard.
Despite the high-stakes meetings and face-to-face conversation with the Queen, the trip falls short of an official state visit.
"I think it’s fine. I think they like me a lot in the UK,” Trump told reporters. “I think they agree with me on immigration. I am very strong on immigration.”
